Title: Segment Risk Specialist: IV (Lead) Location: #1 Hybrid Charlotte, #2 Hybrid Columbus, Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their operational processes and activities and translate these into clear and concise risk management policies and procedures. Manage the policy and procedure project end-to-end. Analyze risk controls and identify potential gaps or areas for improvement within existing policies and processes. Develop and document policies and procedures related to operational risk management, ensuring that they are both effective and aligned with business objectives. Ensure all policies and procedures meet compliance standards and industry best practices. Assist in the creation of training materials or guidelines to ensure employees understand and follow the documented policies. Provide ongoing support to business stakeholders by advising on risk-related matters and updates to policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments Required Skills: 5+ years experience in a risk management, audit, or operational risk role, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment. Proven experience in developing, documenting, and implementing policies and procedures related to risk management. Strong understanding of operational risk, internal controls, and risk mitigation strategies. Solid experience in auditing and assessing risk processes for effectiveness and compliance.
