Responsibilities: Support research efforts and synthesize findings into design insights. Create wireframes, customer journey maps, and high-fidelity design mockups for club websites. Ensure designs support personalization, mobile optimization, and content reuse. Work with UX strategist to align creative with operational and technical realities. Ideal Profile: 10+ years of experience in UX and UI design, with a portfolio of high-fidelity designs. Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools. Comfortable designing for scalable multi-site systems (e.g., one brand with 170 site variations).
