Must have experience developing with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4.x) 3. Experience with RAML Specifications 4. Experience with integration architecture concepts, including API-led, SOAP REST, and integration patterns (Sync/Async, Batch, Pub-Sub) 5. Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Git and Maven) 6. Experience with MUnit 7. Preferably MuleSoft Certified (MCD - Mule 4) 8. Responsible for production support including Corrective, Preventive, Adaptive and Perfective maintenance 9. Take ownership of support activities end-to-end including troubleshooting, internal communication, and providing root cause analysis reports. 10. Help with monitoring of APIs and Mule apps 11. Health Monitoring and Reporting of issues using existing dashboards and tools. 12. Recommend on how to manage the capacity (licensing considerations) of Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. 13. Ensure applications services batch jobs are up & running during SLA hours.
