We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Collaboration Administrator to join the Enterprise Systems team in Tallahassee, FL. This role is responsible for managing and supporting a Microsoft 365 environment. Position Details: Job Title: M365 Collaboration Administrator Location: On-Site | Tallahassee, FL Duration: ASAP June 2025 (with renewal potential) Key Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise and system analysis to support and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment. Configure, monitor, and maintain M365 collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive. Manage and enhance collaboration/groupware applications within the M365 ecosystem. Work with end-users to define business requirements for next-generation collaboration tools. Lead the implementation, maintenance, and support of groupware systems. Engineer and deploy various groupware applications such as team collaboration, document sharing, and messaging clients. Contribute to multiple projects as a team member and occasionally as a project leader. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technical staff. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 24 years of IT experience supporting and administering an M365 environment. Hands-on experience with M365 collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive. Strong technical leadership skills in designing and developing groupware strategies. Ability to work on moderately complex tasks in multi-technical environments.
