Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to conduct testing and ensure software quality. Technical Expertise: Act as a ubject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics-based CRM architecture and development. Software Lifecycle & Implementation: Guide teams in identifying product and technical requirements while implementing software development best practices. Software Releases & Updates: Organize and manage software updates, ensuring smooth rollouts. Performance & Reporting: Establish performance metrics, manage deliverables within deadlines, and prepare reports to track project success. Requirements: 13+ years of experience in Configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365. Working with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Cloud Technologies, .NET framework, C# .NET, and JavaScript.
