This role requires a strong background in Identity Access Management (IAM) and deep expertise in SailPoint technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityNow (preferably SailPoint Identity Security Cloud), with a focus on identity provisioning, governance, and compliance reporting. Key Responsibilities: SailPoint Implementation: Install, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityNow and related identity governance tools. Implement identity provisioning and de-provisioning processes to manage user lifecycle effectively. Development & Customization: Develop and customize SailPoint rules, workflows, and connectors to meet business requirements. Create and manage access governance features such as role management, SOD policies, and approval workflows. Integration & Automation: Integrate SailPoint with external systems using OOTB connectors (AD, JDBC, Web Services) and explore new connectors via SailPoint Compass. Automate identity management tasks using SailPoint APIs, Postman, and SailPoint plugins in Visual Studio Code. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to IAM, audit, and compliance reporting. Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for SailPoint solutions. Testing & Reporting: Design and execute test cases and plans for SailPoint implementations to ensure optimal performance. Generate detailed reports based on search queries in IdentityNow to support audit and compliance requirements. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SailPoint environments. Ensure the IAM system is compliant with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Competencies: Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow, with a preference for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. Proficiency in SailPoint APIs, Postman, and Visual Studio Code plugins. Knowledge of identity provisioning tools and governance processes. Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of IAM concepts, access governance, and compliance reporting. Experience with access recertification, role management, and segregation of duties (SOD) policies. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Experience: Years of Experience: 2-3 years in SailPoint implementation and IAM roles. Industry Experience: Experience in cybersecurity, identity management, or related domains. Essential Skills: Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. Development background in SailPoint rules and workflows. Experience with IAM concepts, user lifecycle management, and governance features. Proficiency in API integrations using SailPoint APIs and Postman. Desirable Skills: Experience with SailPoint Compass and advanced connectors. Familiarity with compliance and audit reporting requirements in IAM.
