Integrate Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware. Customize and extend Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs and other related technologies. Ensure security and compliance by implementing data access controls, encryption, and adhering to industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain best practices across all Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, and Commerce). Leverage knowledge of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud to support configuration with internal teams and vendors. Design and develop test and delivery frameworks. Monitor quality health metrics, including testability, test health, and test coverage. Respond promptly to bug reports and customer issues, prioritizing investigations as needed. Required Skills: At least 8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud Solutions, with a strong focus on direct platform development. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and related technologies Minimum of 5 years of experience with Agile or iterative development methodologies. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce Architecture, Data modeling, Salesforce Development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, VisualForce, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and APIs (REST, Connect API, SOAP). Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Business Understanding: Knowledge of B2B personas, business processes, cart-to-order flow, checkout flow, and customer experience, ensuring solutions align with business objectives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: At least 5 years of experience integrating systems via REST APIs, Connect APIs, SOAP API Proficiency in Salesforce Architecture, SFRA, and JavaScript, Apex Development (Classes, Callouts, Triggers, etc.), LWC, Salesforce Flows, etc. Proficiency in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Data Modeling, Connect APIs, Headless Architecture, etc. Expertise with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Business Manager for configuration and customization. Experience developing on the Salesforce B2B platform, supporting product search and checkout for eCommerce orders. Salesforce Commerce Cloud certifications.
