Work Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite) Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience in AS/400 development. Proficiency in RPGLE (Free & Fixed format), CL, and SQL/DB2. Experience with DB2 database design, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Strong understanding of AS/400 system administration, security, and file management. Familiarity with tools such as RDi (Rational Developer for i) and TurnOver for change management. Experience with API development and integration using AS/400. Knowledge of modern software development methodologies, such as Agile and DevOps, is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
