Total experience at a minimum approx. 8-10 years The person should have experience in one or more of this control areas : Financial reporting Compliance IT Controls Risk Management Operational process. Description: Monitor and evaluate internal control systems to ensure their effectiveness. Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports on the findings of internal audits. Collaborate with other departments to implement control improvements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate policies. Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving control environments. Control Analyst Qualifications & Skills: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation. Experience with data analysis and financial modeling. Proficiency in audit software and tools. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
