Role :: ServiceNow- IT Operations Management - ITOM Location :: Remote Working in EST Time Zone Duration :: Long Term Role : Senior Lead Software Engineer (ServiceNow- IT Operations Management - ITOM) JD: Minimum experience 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform. Must have an experience on ITOM: Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, particularly Discovery , Service Mapping, Event Management, and/or Cloud Provisioning and Governance Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Provisioning and Governance). Leverage ServiceNow ITOM best practices to improve operational efficiency and provide proactive support for IT infrastructure. Conduct impact analysis and troubleshooting for ServiceNow ITOM components, ensuring smooth integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver end-to-end ITOM solutions, focusing on incident, event, change, and problem management Work on ServiceNow Discovery, including configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.) and their integration with ServiceNow ITOM Experience in the configuration, customization, and administration of ServiceNow Ability to perform troubleshooting and resolution of ITOM-related issues . Ability to design and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Familiarity with ServiceNow orchestration and automation Should be certified in any of the following CIS ITOM CIS Discovery CIS Service Mapping CIS Event Management CIS Cloud Provisioning and Governance Note: The ask is NOT that the associates should have all these certifications.
