Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer Location: Charlotte NC / New York / New Jersey (5 Days Onsite) Job Description: Primary Skill: SRE Secondary Skill: Linux / Production Support DevOps, CICD pipeline Management, Release Management, Agile Methodology. In this role, you will be building out backend platform, implementing new tools, work on important and new modernization. This is an opportunity to produce immediate impact by leveraging your strengths and experience while learning new things. We are keenly interested in high energy people with a passion to build Developer experience Development platform and Cloud Enablement platform to be used across 800+ Home, Auto, Credit, and Personal lending applications. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Automation and Continuous Integration-Continuous Development (CI-CD) of Full Circle applications. 4+ years of Software Engineering Support experience. 4+ years of scripting and automation experience. 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following Enterprise Pipeline Tools: uDeploy (Urbancode Deploy), TFS (Team Foundation Server) GIT, Sonar, Fortify, Blackduck, Harness, SonarQube. Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban. Experience with Container technologies: Kubernetes, Docker. Experience with one or more Technology Platforms (Cloud, o/s, etc): Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Azure, Linux, VMWare. Experience with Observability/Monitoring technologies: Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Kafka, ELK, Prometheus. Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats to Application teams. Ability to work with Application teams for any CI/CD pipeline issues and provide on-time solution. Ability to understand and onboard Java and Angular applications to Cloud Platforms. Desired Qualifications: Banking domain knowledge . Hands on with application monitoring stack (Logs, Metrics, Events, Traces, s) and ability to visualize and setup end to end observability (Infra and Application Components). Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Experience in deploying the components to cloud platforms. Experience in using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness, Gradle and Maven. Proficient in one of the scripting languages (Groovy, Python, scripting). Experience in working in Agile Methodology.
