Install, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve the Institutes operating environment. Maintain the ongoing reliability, performance and support of the infrastructure. This includes monitoring the operating environments; responding to incidents, problems and planning for growth. Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the data center. Deploy the release of new technologies as well as design, install, configure, maintain and perform testing of PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware. Required Skills: 10 plus years in Mainframe working in support. Required Understand the Domain Architecture of Transaction Server(CICS), the dispatching of work on multiple TCBS and how the LOADER and Program Manger domains Required A working knowledge of IBM debug Tools(DEBUG TOOL, FM, FA) Required In depth knowledge of Transaction Server Tools(CM, PA) Required to enhance their product features to benefit client through raising RFEs and PMRs Required Programming knowledge of COBOL, JAVA, C++, and assembler.
