The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Financials Applications, particularly in the AP, AR, and GL modules, and will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, as well as configuring and customizing Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document functional and technical requirements for Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL). Configuration & Customization: Configure Oracle Cloud ERP modules (AP, AR, GL) to meet business needs. Customize workflows, reports, and interfaces as required. Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure configurations meet requirements. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues. Support & Training: Provide ongoing functional support to users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for effective use of Oracle applications. Documentation: Maintain and update documentation such as functional specifications, configurations, and issue resolution procedures.Role Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with Oracle Fusion Financials Applications (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Project Accounting). Reporting Tools: Strong experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for reporting and data management. Communication: Ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strategic Thinking: Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
