This expertise can be based on Feature Updates, standard in-place updates, or setup.exe derived updates. Expert level experience with Windows 11 upgrades: Rollback log files, incompatible OS log file reading/parsing. Advanced level experience with ConfigMgr Current Branch Software deployment. Expert level experience with OSD troubleshooting: Log files, content download, application and package installs. Expert level experience with driver packaging: PnP driver installs/uninstalls, removals, and remediation of incompatible drivers related to OS upgrades. The primary focus is on the first two items, emphasizing Windows 11 upgrades rather than ConfigMgr. This should help us target a role that is less ConfigMgr-centric.
