Familiarity with retail operations, workflows, and associated technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to train and assist end-users. Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience working with large-scale retail clients or transportation industry companies. Knowledge of cloud-based POS solutions and payment processing.
