Job description: Migrate all Residential SoS to Stibo for single source of data storage. Document Stibo data mapping, business rules Requirement/Acceptance criteria documentation for post structuring review process after GenAl model completes data extraction Participate in internal grooming & with external stakeholders Lucidchart process flow and wireframe creation/updates Transform high level business requirements/process flows and end user input to detailed requirements with acceptance criterial Review with BPO/DPO/Stakeholders for sign off Work with Catherine to define Self-service required attributes & rules in Stibo and MAS for resi customers for each priority self-service use cases Confirm rules with other end users IVR, Knowledge Document proactive report requirements Bridge Functional/Technical grooming between DG and Self-service team Requirement/Acceptance criteria documentation I would appreciate if you could reach out on my below mentioned contact coordinates, should the position be of interest to you.
