APM 2. ITAM 3. ITSM Job Description/ Responsibilities Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform, applications and flows. Ability to design process flows. Understanding of the integrating applications and application-specific knowledge. Understanding of Industry best practices and processes. Provides technical leadership and guidance. Assists with technical story writing. Implement & unit test capabilities within ServiceNow to not impact existing regulatory compliance reporting. Based on the workshop discovery, identify the model categories to be added other than the out-of-box and existing model categories to be setup. Analyze up to 3 software publishers and the integration or discovery requirements for the setup. Create business capability map Foundational setup for APM module, no additional new integrations with external systems Define OOB Business Application Configuration Configure Business Application Lifecycle leveraging OOB setup Enable the definition of Business Capabilities. i.e. Use the business capability mapping to establish a CI relationship between the business capability and the business applications.
