Job Title: ServiceNow Admin

Duration: 6+ months

Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities:

Configure, administrate, and support of X-energys IT service management platform.

Manage the platform's health, implement changes, and ensure optimal performance to meet the organization's needs.

Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and improvements.

Administer and maintain the IT service management platform in a self-hosted environment, ensuring its stability, performance, and availability.

Perform account management tasks including the creation and deletion of accounts, adding roles, permissions, creation (and management) of groups and other entitlements within the platform.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the platform.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders.

Monitor and maintain the health of the platform through regular checks and proactive maintenance.

Develop and implement new modules, workflows, and custom applications within the platform.

Create and maintain service catalogs, forms, scripts, and automated workflows.

Collaborate with teams to design and implement integrations with other systems.

Conduct detailed testing of platform configurations to confirm functionality, data integrity, and user experience. Address any issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure the solution meets the desired outcomes.

Assist with the overall structure and content of the system, documentation, creation of knowledge articles, working direction with the fulfillment of services including Incident and Request tickets.

Present improvement ideas, analyze requests for change, draft, and update system design documentation, understand and implement approved system change requests under change guidance.

Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.

Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Profile Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, or related discipline from an accredited university or college.

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.

4+ years of experience configuring or building ServiceNow applications.

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.

Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management principles.

Strong technical skills, including scripting, workflow configuration, and business rule development.

Ability to independently design and lead complex user interfaces, integrations and workflows.

Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Glide API.
