Qualifications : Proven experience in JIRA administration, with a focus on infrastructure. Strong experience with server management and system installations . Ability to troubleshoot JIRA-related issues and ensure system performance. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot JIRA Data Center and server instances, including plugins, workflows, and user permissions. Deploy, monitor, and optimize JIRA environments within AWS, utilizing EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation, and other AWS services. Implement and maintain JIRA instances in Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) to enhance scalability and reliability. Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, or Terraform to manage JIRA configurations and infrastructure deployments. Must have experience working in a large enterprise environment.
