http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2310194&uid= From: sana, Vrddhi Solutions, LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: ERP Master Data Project Manager Location: Chicago, IL Hybrid Duration: 12+ month contract Visa: no OPT, CPT Experience: 10+ years required Candidate must show the DL copy on video at the time of submission High-Level Description of Ideal Candidate: Technical Project Manager with 8-10 years of experience in managing ERP Data conversion and data migration projects, who has previously worked on project management of the data analysis, data profiling, data transformation, and ETL activities of master data conversion from legacy systems into the client ERP. Should be familiar with both functional and technical aspects of ERP system and managed multiple teams in a large-scale ERP implementation project. Should be familiar with ERP Master data, O2C, P2P, Data Governance and Master data management applications. Should have developed, maintained, and tracked a data conversion, migration project plan, and cutover plan. Should have more than 5 years of experience managing enterprise-level data conversion projects from legacy mainframe systems to a combined single system using phased approach. Key Qualifications: Should be good in communication, collaboration, critical thinking. Have at least last 2-3 projects related to only ERP Data conversions while implementing new ERP. Experience with executing wide variety of project management approaches (waterfall, Agile / Scrum, Kanban etc.) Having experience with converting Customers, Suppliers master data from legacy application to any new ERP application will be added benefit. Should have experience managing requirements analysis and management, analysis, and development of AS-IS and TO-BE business process workflows and documentation and go to person for data-related issues. Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Software Implementation Project Management Demonstrated success in the delivery of multiple projects. Ability to work on multiple teams in highly autonomous environments. Mid-Tier ERP Solution Experience Experience executing data migration iterations, mock production cutover run and production cutover. Must be a self-starter and highly motivated. Managing, supporting, developing, and/or analyzing ERP or related applications Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, often ambiguous environment. Experience in business analysis review, documentation, and process improvements Excellent at time management, resource management and planning skills Business Process Improvement Analysis Familiarity with entire SDLC, SSIS, ETL tool, SQL Server, T-SQL, AS/400 Must have worked on large scale ERP data conversion projects which involved multiple business and technical teams. Certificates and Experience Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred, but not required. Minimum of 7-10 years of direct work experience in a project and/or program management capacity, including all aspects of system development life cycle. Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom is desirable, but not required.
