Overview of What Kind of Experience Our Client isSeeking: They are seeking someone who has experience instandardizing policies and procedures. Has very good analysis and mappingskills. Experience working with different business divisions JOB DESCRIPTION: Identify and document Current state Policies and Procedures (P&P) i. Collectfrom current environment Repositories Employees Identify portfolio by the companies 3 business divisions Create a Policies master template Create a Procedure master template Move the current documents into the new standardized templates Identify gaps in policy and procedure details Review each i. Goalto have one P&P enterprise wide for each P&P ii. Removeuniqueness between divisions iii. Workwith leaders to optimize each document into single version Compare and contrast analysis Build master policies and procedures matrix i. AllPolicies & Procedures X axis ii. Businessdivision Y axis Identify division documents completed for each P&P field Gap analysis for each missing document Process Mapping Create a process map master file to be used to describe all procedures Create a separate process map for each procedure. Validate on the P&P matrix that each procedure has a corresponding process map.
