Key Responsibilities: Assess & optimize IBM i environments, identifying software delivery bottlenecks Develop & execute a modernization roadmap with automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code Leverage marketplace innovations to improve developer productivity & reduce cycle times Optimize performance & costs while ensuring system stability and scalability Collaborate with key stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives Must-Have Qualifications: Deep expertise in IBM i (AS/400) systems LPARs, IFS, DB2/SQL, MQ, and middleware Strong performance analysis skills (Job Watcher, SQL Performance tools, ACS) Hands-on experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, and version control Proven track record in leading IT transformation & stakeholder engagement Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and business needs This role reports directly to leadership and involves multiple interview rounds with key stakeholders invested in its success.
