Education and Years of Experience:
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
Required:
5+ years of experience in user research, UX research, or human-centered design.
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Experience researching diverse and underserved populations, including older adults and individuals with disabilities.
Strong ability to translate research insights into design and product strategy.
Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or similar.
Excellent stakeholder management, storytelling, and communication skills.
Experience working on Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare-related projects.
Knowledge of federal accessibility and usability standards.
Background in public sector, GovTech, or regulated industries.
