The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Infor CloudSuite implementations, application upgrades, and extensive experience with BSI-Tax Factory. This role involves analyzing and enhancing business systems to align with strategic objectives, focusing on process improvements, system configurations, and effective reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Strategy Alignment: Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to ensure alignment with organizational strategies. Lead business process reengineering efforts to identify and implement technological solutions that enhance business effectiveness. System Implementation & Upgrades: Oversee multiple Infor Global HR/Benefits/Payroll/Absence/Leave implementations. Manage Infor Version 11 application upgrade projects, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions. Provide expertise in Lawson Versions 8, 9, and 10 for HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence/Leave, and Personnel modules. Lead CloudSuite implementation projects, specifically focusing on Global HR and Payroll modules. Reporting & Data Management: Prepare and document functional and technical specifications for reporting and data warehousing initiatives. Assist in the deployment and management of end-user reporting tools and platforms. Collaborate with IT and business project teams to understand reporting and data warehousing requirements, proposing effective solutions. Provide knowledge transfer to the Enterprise Reporting Team for all developed solutions. Risk Analysis & Financial Evaluation: Conduct solution option assessments, risk identification, and financial analyses, including cost/benefit evaluations, ROI assessments, and buy/build analyses. Documentation & Compliance: Develop detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required for system development or modification. Ensure all documentation aligns with industry standards and organizational policies. Required Qualifications: A minimum of 16 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on Infor applications. At least 15 years of experience with Lawson Versions 8, 9, and 10, specifically in HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence/Leave, and Personnel modules. Over 3 years of hands-on experience with CloudSuite implementations, particularly in Global HR and Payroll modules. Extensive experience (15+ years) working with BSI-Tax Factory. Proven expertise in Infor Global HR/Benefits/Payroll/Absence/Leave implementations. Solid experience with Infor Version 11 application upgrades. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across diverse teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in leading and mentoring business analysis teams. Familiarity with industry-standard technologies, business process mapping, and reengineering methodologies. Work Environment: This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with an expectation to be onsite in Lansing, MI, two days a week.
