Oversee the administration and maintenance of Oracle EBS applications. Provide technical expertise in Oracle EBS Forms to develop and customize forms as needed. Ensure the smooth operation of Oracle E Business SCM and Oracle E Business Fin modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Develop and enforce best practices for Oracle EBS application development and administration. Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle EBS applications. Mentor and guide junior team members in Oracle EBS technologies. Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS features and functionalities to recommend improvements. Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and patches. Ensure compliance with security standards and policies in Oracle EBS environments. Provide detailed documentation and training to end-users and technical staff. Qualifications Extensive experience in Oracle EBS Forms, demonstrating the ability to develop and customize forms effectively. Proficient in Oracle EBS - App Admin, with a strong understanding of application administration and maintenance. In-depth knowledge of Oracle E Business SCM, ensuring seamless supply chain management processes. Expertise in Oracle E Business Fin, supporting financial operations and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Commitment to staying updated with the latest Oracle EBS technologies and best practices. Proven track record of successful Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades. Strong documentation skills to provide clear and comprehensive technical guidance. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work model. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
