Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and principles. Understanding of cloud-based data intelligence platforms like (Redshift / Databricks / Snowflake) Additional BI & Data Skills (Good to Have): Certifications in Power BI and any Data platform Experience in other tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy and SSRS Knowledge and experience in Power BI Admin features like, versioning, usage reports, capacity planning etc Sound knowledge of various forms of data analysis and presentation methodologies. Working knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Perl, is desirable. Exposure to multiple BI tools is desirable. Exposure to one of the cloud providers AWS / Azure / P. Proven experience in migrating existing BI solutions to Power BI or other modern BI platforms. Experience with Generative BI implementation. Understanding of Fabric. Soft Skills & Business Acumen: Exposure to complete SDLC. Exposure to multiple business domains (e.g., Retail, BFSI, healthcare, telecom) is desirable. Out-of-the-box thinker and not just limited to the work done in the projects. Capable of working as an individual contributor and within a team. Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
