Role Name: Data Modeller Location: Overland Park, KS(Onsite) Visa Type: USC, GC - "We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler with strong expertise in Erwin Data Modeler, dimensional modeling, SQL queries, Relational database concepts, Data warehouse best practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in collaborating across teams for designing and optimizing data models to support enterprise analytics, data integration and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain conceptual, logical and physical data models using Erwin. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and best practices in data modeling. Work closely with data engineers, business analysts and business teams to translate business requirements into scalable data models. Implement data modelling strategies for Microsoft Fabric, ensuring alignment with OneLake and medallion architecture principles. Collaborate with ETL developers and BI teams to ensure efficient data flow and model performance. Document data dictionaries, business glossary and modeling guidelines. Required Skills & Qualification: 8+ years of experience in data modelling for enterprise scale databases. Proficiency in Erwin Data Modeler Hands on experience. Data Modeling expertise Strong understanding of conceptual, logical, physical data model including normalization/denormalization techniques. Experience with Star and Snowflake schema for data warehousing. Strong SQL skills with experience in query optimization and data transformation. Microsoft Fabric Understanding Lakehouse, Data Warehouse OneLake integration. Expertise in Oracle, SQL Server and other relational databases. Strong understanding of data governance and master data management. Strong understanding with data warehousing best practices and dimensional modeling Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate across teams.
