O Ability to analyze business needs and convert them into technical requirements, develop and deploy code, and collaborate with testing and business teams to test the new functionality. o They should be able to work with and communicate and collaborate with peers, management, business partners, staff, and other vendors. o Ability to exercise initiative, produce desired results and achieve objectives. o Effective planning and organizational skills o Able to multitask and support project work.
