There is a need to be in office 2-3 days a week. JD: Looking for consultants with 3-6 years of experience for our Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel and Hospitality (RCGTH) practice. Experience in engagements with RCGTH clients and understanding of processes in one or more of the given areas is preferred - digital commerce, customer experience, etc. Job responsibilities will include, Own and drive a product from vision, through design, to requirements, and finally delivery Lead discussions with clients and work in a fast paced environment Working in agile delivery programs as a product owner / product manager Create Epics, User Stories in tools like Jira. Process mapping and requirements gathering, including defining user personas and journey Liaison with technology / product / engineering teams, provide and manage functional inputs for the programs Helping with selecting technology solutions to improve business processes Work with significant autonomy and freedom, requiring little oversight Identify product requirements and future enhancements through collaborative engagements to support product strategies Develop a product plan and deliver breakthrough experiences to market by working with technical and non-technical partners; measure output, improve execution and continuously deliver production expectations Model Agile principles by maintaining a groomed backlog and providing 1-N prioritization for backlog Set criteria for Minimum Viable Product to increase the speed/frequency with which enhancements and new capabilities are delivered Top Skills: 1.
