Strong cross-functional SAP application knowledge, particularly in P2P, C2C, and R2R modules. Experience working in an SAP Fiori environment is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills with excellent follow-through. Service-oriented and collaborative approach to customer and peer relationships. Strong understanding of project management principles and IT deployment methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SAP support portal, and general troubleshooting skills.
