The selected candidate will play a key role in the development and enhancement of HHSCs data integration hub, ensuring efficient data processing, analysis, and automation. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using agile methodologies, performing data analysis, and ensuring system capabilities align with business requirements. Responsibilities: Analyze business objectives, identify solutions, and conduct cost/benefit analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements. Design and develop solutions for data acquisition and integration from various data sources. Create and optimize complex SQL scripts for data transformation and reporting. Automate data ingestion and transformation using Informatica PowerCenter/IICS. Validate performance metric requirements and create Epics/User Stories/Tasks. Develop and maintain technical specifications, diagrams, and other documentation. Implement and configure data infrastructure components for the integration hub. Participate in all Agile sprint ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional teams. Perform testing, including integration, load, and stress tests, to ensure system reliability. Collaborate with architects and the Data Engineering team on implementation strategies. Develop mockups and work with business users for validation. Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for handling PII/PHI data. Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the agile development team. Assist with system enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support. Required Qualifications: 13+ years of experience in J2EE technologies, including JavaScript and JSP. Expertise in Front-End/UI Development for enterprise-grade web applications. Strong SQL query writing skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience with Tomcat Server and web services development. 8+ years of experience developing data validation and quality checks. Proficiency in creating technical documentation, including user training guides. Experience developing SQL scripts for Snowflake. Strong analytical skills, with experience as a systems analyst for data analytics projects. Technical proficiency with tools like Visio, Erwin, and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working in agile sprint teams and using JIRA software. Proven experience working with TIERS data (CHIP & Medicaid data) for healthcare services. Experience integrating Tableau dashboards into web applications. Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years of experience writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code. Knowledge of security principles related to healthcare data. Experience with performance metrics, data visualization, or business intelligence tools. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changes. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business, or equivalent experience. Prior experience in the Healthcare Industry, working with an HHS agency, or handling PII/PHI data.
