Will need to do occasional store visits in Grand Rapids for research Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced UX Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a knack for translating complex problems into actionable strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define user needs, improve product usability, and align UX strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research to gather insights and identify user needs. Develop and articulate UX strategies that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-friendly solutions. Create user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts to guide design processes.
