More hands on Pega Development skills Must Have Skills: | Minimum of 6 years of development experience in Pega. Pega CSSA Certification (Mandatory). Solid experience and knowledge of the latest Pega features on v8.X and Infinity 23. experience in Case Management, User Interface, and Authentication & Authorization concepts. Expertise in integrations (SOAP, REST, File Listener) and their exception handling. In-depth knowledge and implementation experience with Enterprise Class Structure, Data Modeling, Application Structure Design, and Inheritance/Rule Resolution concepts. Experience with Data Pages, Reports, Activities, Data Transforms, Declarative & Decision Rules, Functions, Function Alias, and Correspondence. Familiarity with Asynchronous Background Processing, including Agents, Job Schedulers, Queue Processors, and SLAs. Strong understanding of Ruleset Management, Branches, Skimming, Debugging, and Deployment processes. | Nice to have / bonus skills: | Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices. Preferred but not required: Strong SQL skills for querying databases and managing large datasets. Preferred but not required: Exposure to debugging & resolving performance issues using Admin Studio/SMA, Key Alerts & Exceptions, PDC/AES.
