Work with team members to understand and plan product improvements. Independently identify improvements and communicate proposed changes to the team for review. Experience: Successfully delivered multiple projects from start to finish Experience developing in C++ and C#. Should have delivered at least one professional project in each language. Previously has broken down larger technical tasks into smaller tasks. Experience identifying new tasks. Worked on either a remote or hybrid team in the past. Key Traits: Strong written communication. Comfortable communicating in chat, writing technical documents for review. Strong verbal communication. Comfortable providing updates during standup and leading technical discussions as needed. Also should be comfortable presenting work to stakeholders (engineering manager and product manager) Ideally the candidate should have strong technical proficiency in either C# or C++ with a working proficiency in the other language.
