Location - Houston (this position will work Onsite) Duration - 4 months Start Date - ASAP Visa Status - All OK Experience: 12+ years only We are seeking a skilled SAP PP/QM/IM Functional Consultant to join our team and provide hands-on support for shop floor operations. This role will require close collaboration with our internal team and shop floor personnel to ensure seamless SAP functionality, provide training, and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Act as a functional expert in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Inventory Management (IM) modules. Provide direct support to shop floor personnel, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Collaborate closely with the internal team to align SAP solutions with business needs. Develop and deliver training sessions for shop floor staff to enhance their understanding and effective use of SAP systems. Assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices to optimize production, quality, and inventory workflows. Qualifications Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in PP, QM, and IM modules. Strong understanding of shop floor processes and ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and operational needs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support end-users effectively. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting SAP issues and providing functional support. Ability to work collaboratively alongside team members in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing or production environments is highly desirable.
