Design and develop front-end applications using React/Angular. Perform new development, maintenance fixes, and enhancements to meet business requirements. Draft and review architectural diagrams, specifications, business requirements, and various design documents. Work with existing technology stacks (Java, C++, Linux, Unix, Open Source Platforms, and SOA) as well as new technologies for next-generation solutions. Document technical requirements, program and subsystem designs, resolutions to system problems, project task descriptions, effort estimates, and unit and integration tests. Acquire a strong understanding of financial products, services, processes, and organizational structure to identify optimal solutions. Maintain awareness of industry trends, compliance concerns, risk control processes, and regulatory landscape. Mentor and guide other software developers.Requirements: 3-5+ years of web development experience using JavaScript, React and/or Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS. Solid understanding of responsive design/development and mobile-web best practices. Proficient in version control tools such as Git and Bitbucket. Hands-on experience with low-latency messaging middleware. Practical experience working within the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work across various disciplines (backend, DevOps, other teams' codebase) and contribute to end-to-end solutions. Self-motivated, highly organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and works independently. A strong drive to learn, improve processes, and innovate.Desired Skills: Knowledge of Financial Markets, Banking, or Wealth Management. Familiarity with non-development fields such as Product, UX, Business Analytics, and Information Mapping. Experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and UI development.
