Job Description - Job Title: ManageEngine Specialist Location: United States (Remote) Employment Type: Contract Experience required: Endpoint Central & Asset Explorer We are seeking a skilled ManageEngine Specialist to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ManageEngine solutions for our large American Based consultancy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ManageEngine products, including ServiceDesk Plus, Endpoint Central, OpManager, Asset Explorer, and other IT management tools. This role requires a proactive professional who can configure, troubleshoot, and enhance IT operations using ManageEngine solutions. Key Responsibilities: Deploy, configure, and maintain ManageEngine applications such as ServiceDesk Plus, Endpoint Central, OpManager, Asset Explorer, ADAudit Plus, and Password Manager Pro. Ensure seamless integration of ManageEngine tools within the IT infrastructure. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions for continuous improvement. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance automation, reporting, and compliance standards. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices for ManageEngine solutions. Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on ManageEngine products. Stay up to date with the latest ManageEngine updates, patches, and industry trends. Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations and troubleshooting procedures. Required Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years of experience working with ManageEngine products in an enterprise environment. Strong expertise in ServiceDesk Plus, Endpoint Central, OpManager, Asset Explorer, and related ManageEngine tools. Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITIL, asset management, endpoint security, and network monitoring. Proficiency in scripting (Power, Python, or similar) for automation. Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration. Understanding of Active Directory, networking concepts, and cybersecurity principles. Experience in integrating ManageEngine with third-party applications and APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications: ManageEngine certifications or relevant IT certifications (ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.). Experience in ITSM processes and implementation. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their integration with ManageEngine.
