As a Coupa analyst, you will analyze business processes and collaborate with Solution Architects, Process Analysts, and business specialists to develop, document, and deliver end-to-end indirect procurement processes and system solutions that support strategy. A strong understanding of Coupa and its integration with SAP modules is essential to deliver processes aligned with industry best practices while enabling them to stay competitive. Job Responsibilities: Provide deep Coupa functional and technical expertise in Source to Pay processes and key integration points with SAP. Contribute to the design and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions, collaborating with IT team members. Participate in design workshops, sharing industry best practices and Coupa implementation experience. Identify and document deviations from industry best practices and drive towards a standardized global process. Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEFW). Collaborate with third-party vendors for technical consulting during design, development, and support. Ensure technical design and delivery align with functional specifications and meet quality standards. Perform system configuration tasks, including Content Groups, Chart of Accounts, approval chains, PO customizations, tax codes, requisition processes, invoicing, receipts, and tolerances. Provide input on architecture, security, and data standards. Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Provide status updates and documentation for assigned projects, support, and improvement work. Estimate time and resource needs for identified solutions. Support project implementation transitions to the support organization through documentation and knowledge transfer. Resolve escalated support issues and provide input for audit requests. Identify and implement continuous business process improvement opportunities. Job Requirements: 3-5 years experience with Coupa and SAP modules. Preferred experience with S/4HANA. Knowledge of Source to Pay Coupa and global deployments. Familiarity with SAP solutions in Material Management, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing, and Payment. Ability to work both independently and in a team. Collaborate with developers to test and verify solutions. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing information. Evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new assignments. Communicate how trends and technology address business needs. Interact professionally with all employee levels and challenge the status quo. Maintain a positive work culture through teamwork and conflict resolution. Willingness to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel as needed. Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
