Validation of Architecture Validate the proposed Azure architecture and workflows, ensuring they align with project goals and requirements.2. Expertise in Azure Services Provide expertise in Azure services, particularly in the use of Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage.3. Data Management Assist in the management of data within Cosmos DB, including partitioning, retrieval, and updating strategies.4. Security Implementation Ensure robust security measures are applied to services, metadata, and files within the Azure environment.5. Integration Facilitate the integration of existing applications and APIs with the new Azure-based system, ensuring seamless functionality during and after migration.6. Migration Strategy Develop and implement a strategy for migrating 100 million documents and 100TB of data from SharePoint to Azure.7. User Management Leverage Active Directory for user group management and address any limitations with custom solutions if necessary.8. Performance Optimization Optimize the system for performance, considering factors like latency and usage metrics to tailor solutions for different client needs.9. Cost and Complexity Management Balance the complexity and cost of the Azure solutions, ensuring they are efficient and within budget.10. Innovation and Recommendations Bring new ideas and recommendations to the table, potentially introducing different components or approaches to improve the system.. Technical Expertise Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, and Azure App Services. Experience with cloud architecture design and implementation, particularly in migrating systems to Azure.2. Experience with Document Management Systems Familiarity with document management systems and experience in migrating such systems from on-premises solutions like SharePoint to cloud-based platforms.3. Data Management Skills Understanding of NoSQL databases, specifically Cosmos DB, including data partitioning strategies. Experience in managing large datasets and optimizing data storage and access.4.
