This role requires a proactive and collaborative professional with strong analytical and technical skills. The position is based in Chicago, IL and offers long-term opportunities for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business challenges and technology solutions. Analyze business processes, identify business needs, and propose solutions. Gather and document requirements, conduct business and systems analysis, and create specifications for development teams. Write detailed user stories for development (Dev), Enterprise Quality Assurance (EQA), and third-party vendors with minimal supervision. Collaborate with User Experience (UX) analysts to ensure prototypes align with user story intent. Work closely with Product Owners and participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions. Travel as needed for in-flight testing and vendor meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis. Technical Degree or equivalent related work experience. Proven experience in analytics and systems development. Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Knowledge of SAFe and Scrum methodologies. Experience working with JIRA and Figma. Reliable and punctual attendance is a key requirement. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile methodology. Local to Chicago, IL for in-person collaboration.
