This role requires an expert in subscription business models, billing/finance configurations, and integrations with systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, and Oracle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and IT, to streamline processes from Quote to Cash, CPQ, and billing workflows. Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, and Payments. Lead implementations of Quote to Cash, CPQ, and Billing systems. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on subscription business models and consumption-based billing. Integrate Zuora with ERP systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and tax solutions like Vertex and Avalara. Collaborate with banks (e.g., JPM, BOA) and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Adyen) to optimize payment processing. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Work with consulting partners to deliver best-in-class solutions.
