Position: Technical BA with Oracle & SQL exp (100% Remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration : 2-3 months Note --- Needs to be local to CO (They need to prove that that they are local to CO) Job Description: They need to have experience with Oracle and SQL as well. Role Overview Review existing data environments, processes, and collaborate with program staff to understand business and technical needs. Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders through strong data analysis, coding, and communication skills. Produce technical business requirements and data processing documentation to support Accountability DPF and SPF Reporting infrastructure. Work independently in navigating the data environment without technical support. Technical Skills & Tools Experience with Oracle, Toad, Informatica, Tableau. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R. Collaboration & Reporting Coordinate with the Information Management Services (IMS) division for coding standards, quality assurance, security, and business intelligence reporting. Prioritize tasks to meet deliverables and deadlines. Implement a quality control process ensuring all deliverables are complete, accurate, well-organized, and formatted correctly. Submit deliverables for review, retain work papers, and participate in review/revision processes until approval. Provide documentation upon request within five business days. Respond to inquiries (calls, voicemails, emails) within one business day. Ensure compatibility of document formats with the Departments Microsoft Office 365 systems. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Code Review Assess and analyze existing code and data processes for SPF reports. Identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, or errors in data flows. Improve ETL processes in collaboration with technical teams. Recommend code enhancements for improved performance and accuracy. Business Process Mapping & Documentation Engage with staff to document business processes for SPF report generation. Define business rules and create process maps to highlight inefficiencies. Align business requirements with technical solutions. Requirements Gathering & Documentation Conduct sessions with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications. Maintain clear documentation for current and future processes. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units. Facilitate meetings to review requirements and propose improvements.
