What You'll Do: Conduct cutting-edge analyses using advanced data analytic platforms to explore the natural history of diseases and produce key deliverables that inform decision-making. Interpret and synthesize published literature to provide critical insights into study designs and results, driving forward impactful epidemiological research. Contribute to regulatory safety reports (e.g., PBRER, RMP, DSUR, PSP, ODD) by preparing the epidemiological sections and providing essential input for key regulatory submissions. Collaborate with senior epidemiologists to develop study designs, protocols, and reports, gaining invaluable experience and mentorship. Communicate key findings clearly and concisely through the creation of engaging slide decks and results tables that summarize the core insights of epidemiological studies. Support the publication process for epidemiological studies, assisting with any publications that align with your assignments. Collaborate across departments and with external experts, promoting best practices in epidemiology and ensuring high-quality deliverables in every project. Take on additional tasks as assigned to contribute to departmental success and advance your professional development. What Were Looking For: Intermediate knowledge of real-world data (e.g., EHR, claims data), safety databases, and safety information retrieval. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) to effectively communicate and organize data. Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, R) or other data analytic platforms a plus. Expertise in designing and analyzing epidemiologic studies (e.g., cohort, case-control, cross-sectional). Solid understanding of statistical methods (e.g., survival analysis, propensity score matching, repeated measures). Track record in epidemiological research, demonstrated by published studies in peer-reviewed journals. Required Education & Experience: Masters degree (MPH, MSPH) or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., health outcomes research, public health, statistics).
