The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience managing large-scale SAP implementations, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, hands-on experience with the Activate methodology, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a critical leadership role that will drive the successful implementation of a greenfield S/4HANA solution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience leading S/4HANA implementations. Proven experience managing greenfield SAP transformations from inception to go-live. Deep understanding of the SAP Activate methodology and its application in S/4HANA projects. Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain (MM/SD/PP), and HR (SuccessFactors) . Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP S/4HANA functionalities, including Central Finance, Embedded Analytics, and Fiori UX. Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud) and hybrid deployment models. Experience with data migration tools like SAP Data Services or LSMW. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution. Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization with diverse teams. Certifications (Preferred): SAP Project Management certification. SAP Activate certification.
