Strong background in HR and Finance Transformation initiatives. Experience leading large-scale, complex, transformational change. Experience working with a highly distributed workforce. Ability to flex between strategy and execution. A team player, who can build relationships, trust, and credibility quickly. Comfort in working with team members at all levels - from senior leadership to frontline team members. Ability to tailor messaging/presentation style according to audience. Flexibility to adapt to changing timelines and priorities. Deep understanding of contract lifecycle management, revenue recognition, and compliance requirements. Experience with S2P processes and related technologies, including how different systems interact and impact business functions. Proven ability to develop and execute change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to navigate complex contract structures and drive alignment among multiple business units. Experience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) is a plus.
