Job Title: Kronos Consultant Location: Raleigh, NC (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce management needs and provide tailored solutions using Kronos software. Implement and configure Kronos applications to optimize time and attendance, scheduling, and labor management processes. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the Kronos system. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues that arise post-implementation. Stay updated on the latest Kronos features and best practices to continuously improve client solutions. Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. Document system configurations, processes, and user guides for future reference and training purposes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Kronos Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of workforce management solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
