Job Title: Genesys Cloud CX Solution Architect
Location: Cary, NC
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Cloud CX Solution Architect to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based contact center solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, create architectural blueprints, and implement advanced AI-powered solutions to enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable and secure Genesys Cloud CX solutions tailored to business requirements.

Develop and implement AI-powered Interactive Voice Assistant (IVA) solutions.

Create comprehensive architecture blueprints, workflows, and best practices for seamless implementations.

Configure Genesys Cloud CX components, including IVR, ACD, Workforce Engagement, and Analytics.

Integrate Genesys Cloud with third-party applications such as CRM systems, WFM platforms, and AI/ML tools.

Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Collaborate with business teams to understand and address contact center needs.

Work closely with developers, engineers, and IT teams to ensure smooth deployment and support.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Essential Skills:

Genesys Cloud CX Solution Architect: Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX.

Genesys Cloud Architecture: Strong knowledge of Genesys cloud architecture, integrations, and automations to optimize customer engagement strategies.

Technical Proficiency:

Digital: Python, Avaya Aura, Workforce Analytics, CTI Genesys

Foundation: JavaScript
Desirable Skills:

Advanced understanding of Genesys Cloud CX ecosystem and its integrations.

Experience with AI/ML-driven automation and customer engagement strategies.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
Experience:

810 years of relevant experience in Genesys Cloud CX solution architecture and related technologies.
