Position: Lead ETL Developer Informatica PowerCenter (P&C Insurance) Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Duration: 12 months Contract TC S Job Description: Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter. Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and error handling mechanisms. Work with large-scale datasets, including structured and unstructured insurance data. Collaborate with data architects to design scalable, high-performance ETL solutions. Implement best practices in ETL development, performance tuning, and version control. Maintain audit and compliance standards in line with insurance regulatory requirements. Understand and manage insurance data models related to policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, and actuarial analytics. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
