C2C Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 9+ years of IT experience, including a strong background in Agile methodologies and the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading Scrum teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement. Insurance domain experience is a must, as this role supports one of our key Insurance clients. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Servant Leader and Agile Coach for multiple Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum best practices. Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Collaborate with Product Owners and Development Teams to prioritize backlog items, remove impediments, and ensure smooth sprint execution. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing Agile best practices. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Provide program management support, coordinating dependencies across multiple Scrum teams and initiatives. Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of self-organization and accountability. Track and report Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts) to measure team performance and progress. Leverage Insurance domain expertise to understand client-specific challenges and requirements. Required Qualifications: 9+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master in Agile environments. Must have Insurance domain experience (P&C, Life, Health, or related areas). Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required. Strong experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint execution. Program management experience ability to manage cross-team dependencies and risks. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Nice to Have: Experience with Scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus). Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile tools. Additional Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
