The ideal candidate will have expertise in marketing data, dashboard development, and Tableau visualization. While much of the data engineering and table/view curation work is largely complete, we require additional report development capacity to meet business needs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable Tableau dashboards. Leverage data from various marketing tools beyond Salesforce to create insightful visualizations. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in reporting. Optimize data structures and queries for efficient dashboard performance. Work closely with data engineers to integrate and curate relevant datasets. Provide documentation and best practices for marketing data visualization. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong expertise in Tableau dashboard development. Experience working with marketing data from various sources (Salesforce and other marketing platforms). Knowledge of data engineering principles and ability to work with curated datasets. Understanding of marketing KPIs and reporting requirements. Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results efficiently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
